Since 2024, Momentum Works has conducted 2 open immersions into Vietnam’s dynamic ecommerce and retail ecosystem, with our most recent edition supported by the Department of Industry & Trade, Ho Chi Minh City Government

Across both programmes, over 70 participants took part in exclusive visits to leading Vietnamese retailers and innovative consumer brands. They engaged directly with senior executives and key stakeholders, and participated in candid conversations with local experts — exploring emerging trends, operational challenges, and strategic opportunities.

More than just market insights, these immersions served as meaningful platforms for cross-border collaboration and new partnerships.
